Q: HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
A: Message us on Facebook, on our website, text 616-212-6613 or call 616-394-5599 to receive details on the vehicle you are interested in having shipped. A sales consultant will be able to answer any questions about the vehicle; help arrange financing and/or trade-in; arrange for the vehicle to be shipped to you; and be at your disposal throughout the process.
Q: CAN YOU SHIP TO MY HOUSE?
A: Yes, we can ship to your home or business.
Q: IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE AND IF SO, WHAT DOES THE FEE COVER?
A: Yes, there’s a shipping fee that covers the cost of the transportation. It is a separate cost that is not included in the vehicle’s price, and cannot be included in the financing of your vehicle.
Q: WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
A: Payment is required at the time the shipping is requested. Payments can be made by phone. We accept cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), or check.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY CAR AFTER I DECIDE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED?
A: Typically within a few days.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
A: One of our team members will arrive at your scheduled delivery time, and take care of all the details. If you are shipping a distance, we will handle the details with you remotely.
Q: WHO HANDLES THE REGISTRATION AND TITLE?
A: We will handle the necessary title and registration paperwork with you at the time of delivery. The vehicle will come with a temporary license plate, and once registration is completed, we will mail you your permanent plates and registration. If it is a transferred plate, we will take care of the paperwork and our delivery driver can help you put on the new plate.
Q: HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
A: We haven't turned any distance down so far!
Q: IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY CAR CAN I RETURN IT?
A: All standard return and warranty issues are handled just as if you picked up your vehicle here at the dealership.
